Build for the long game
AIGIS is infrastructure. The right design decision is rarely the fastest one. We optimize for products that age well, not products that ship loudly.
Work in the open with our customers
Every hire works directly with design partners. No layers between you and the people using what you build. You hear the feedback the day it lands.
Honest defaults
We never claim a feature works when it doesn't. We never call it production-ready when it's a demo. We never say a competitor has no security when they have masking.
Ownership in writing
Founding hires get meaningful equity (1.0% to 2.5% range). Senior hires get competitive equity grants (0.25% to 1.0%) plus market salary. Every offer is documented before you sign.

Founding hires shape the architecture and the team. Senior hires execute against an established foundation. Each role lists what we expect at offer time and what you'll own once you're in.
Founding Engineer
FoundingFull-timeRemote (US/EU timezone)
Build the AIGIS platform alongside the founder. Ship the core governance engine, the connector framework, and the surfaces customers actually use.
You are
- ·5+ years building production systems in TypeScript or Python
- ·Comfortable across the stack from edge runtime to database internals
- ·Have shipped at a small team where you owned a feature end-to-end
- ·Care about correctness more than cleverness
You will
- ·Own large parts of the AIGIS engine: governance pipeline, system connectors, LLM router
- ·Pair directly with design partners during deployment and tuning
- ·Drive the technical architecture decisions that shape the next two years of the product
Founding Solutions Architect
FoundingFull-timeRemote (some travel for design partner deployments)
Be the second deployment expert beyond the founder. Onboard design partners, configure integrations, train champions, and convert pilots into production.
You are
- ·Deep working knowledge of at least one of: Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or enterprise data warehouses
- ·Have led technical implementations at customer sites for 2+ years
- ·Comfortable in front of CISOs, CTOs, and platform architects
- ·Translate fluently between business outcome and technical reality
You will
- ·Own the deployment playbook for new design partners
- ·Configure permission integrations across SF, SAP, and ServiceNow
- ·Build the customer-facing artifacts (architecture diagrams, runbooks, training material)
- ·Bring back what you learn from the field into the product roadmap
Senior Product Designer
SeniorFull-timeRemote
Own the product surfaces beyond the marketing site. The customer-facing UI, the embedded chat experiences inside Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow, and the demo environment that closes investor calls.
You are
- ·5+ years in B2B SaaS or developer tools design
- ·Strong portfolio that shows judgment, not just style
- ·Comfortable shipping production code in a modern frontend stack (we use Next.js + Tailwind + shadcn)
- ·Care about typography and motion as much as layout
You will
- ·Define the AIGIS product visual identity beyond the marketing site
- ·Design the customer-facing product UI as it materializes from the platform
- ·Lead motion and interaction design for the AI surfaces (chat, write confirmations, audit views)
- ·Partner with the founding team on every customer-facing artifact
Head of Security
SeniorFull-time, hiring later in 2026Remote
Drive AIGIS toward SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Own the security posture across the platform, customer integrations, and the compliance surface that investors and CISOs scrutinize.
You are
- ·Have led an organization through SOC 2 or ISO 27001 from scratch
- ·Comfortable reasoning about authentication, identity federation, and permission boundaries
- ·Take threat modeling seriously and write it down
- ·Care about real security, not just policy theater
You will
- ·Own the security review of every connector and customer integration
- ·Drive the SOC 2 readiness program
- ·Set the threat model for the multi-tenant platform
- ·Become the security voice in customer conversations
Senior Account Executive
SeniorFull-time, hiring after the design partner cohortRemote (US)
Own the enterprise sales motion. Take the design partner playbook the founder runs and turn it into a repeatable enterprise pipeline once the platform tier is bookable.
You are
- ·5+ years closing enterprise deals at $250K+ ACV in infrastructure or governance software
- ·Comfortable selling to CTO, CISO, and Chief Data Officer personas
- ·Familiar with multi-stakeholder deal cycles in regulated industries
- ·Operate cleanly without a marketing team behind you
You will
- ·Run discovery, demo, and close for inbound design partner applications
- ·Build the outbound motion alongside the founder
- ·Co-author pricing and packaging once the Scale tier launches
- ·Set the sales tooling and CRM hygiene that the team scales on
Senior Customer Success Engineer
SeniorFull-time, hiring after 5+ design partners deployedRemote
Be the technical owner of customer health post-deployment. Run quarterly business reviews, drive expansion, and act as the voice of the customer back to product and engineering.
You are
- ·3+ years in CS or technical account management at an infrastructure or developer-tools company
- ·Engineering-fluent: can read the codebase, debug an integration, and ship a quick fix
- ·Comfortable owning a renewal forecast and an expansion target
- ·Have run executive QBRs that earned the next year's budget
You will
- ·Own a portfolio of design partners through their first year of production
- ·Drive expansion (more systems, more users, professional services attach)
- ·Translate customer requests into prioritized product input
- ·Partner with the Solutions Architect on rollout playbooks for new customers
